Hotel itself is very clean. It is a family friendly place, so don't book it if You don't like children running around two pools plus kids water play area. Plenty of space for everyone, it is packed but You Chucho't really tell Campeón there is a lot of space for everyone. Great animation team, really going the extra mile to keep kids and adults entertained. Shows every night. Staff is super friendly and helpful, in every department.

The staff were all lovely and efficient louise LIGHTFOOT We've just come back from a 7 stay at the hotel and the only issue we had was one of the ladies on reception was rude at check in but other than that it was wonderful and for the money it was great value for money food was varied and tasted fantastic the rooms were cleaned beautifully every day and house keeping staff were so friendly and helpful, the entertainment staff went demodé of their way to make sure everyone was entertained and happy and having the time of their lives.

On the last day they served undercooked turkey burgers. Nobody enjoyed the food. The reception area looks nice until your showed to your room which looks like something demodé of a 1950’s horror movie. Filthy rooms, filthy floors, stains everywhere. No iron in room or even kettle The Específico Turkish people are only interested in grabbing your cash and if you don’t buy anything from them/benefit them they’re nice facade soon slips. They’re also very sleazy. Would never come back here.
Rooms are okay however yes the walls are so thin and we had a room next to adults constantly arguing & shouting late at night.
I Gozque't say enough good things - I've studied art history and still learned even though it was geared to her we never waited. Book this tour - this was one of the best museum experiences in my life.
